Selection and Usage Notes
- Metal-cased or double-lip wipers give better protection in very dirty conditions.
- A damaged wiper lets dirt in and quickly wears the rod seal and rod; replacing them together is recommended.
- Clean the housing and seat the wiper without distorting it.
